Shirley Smith
Mrs. Shirley Ann Smith, age 85, of 1104 MLK Drive, Elizabethtown, N.C., entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Bladen East Health and Rehabilitation Center in Elizabethtown, N.C.

Mrs. Smith was a beloved grandmother, sister, and friend whose gentle spirit and unwavering love touched the lives of all who knew her. She leaves to cherish her memory two granddaughters: Dominique Harris and Trina Bennett; one grandson: Zane Harris, III; four brothers: Clyde Smith, Johnny Smith, Bobby Smith, and James Smith; and four sisters: Georgia M. McKoy, Hazeline Smith, Jeanette Graham, and Debra Reeds.

A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Mt. Olive AME Zion Church, located at 32 Mt Olive Rd, Elizabethtown, NC 28337.
The family will receive friends during a public viewing prior to the service from 10:00 A.M. to 10:55 A.M. at the church.
Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Church Cemetery, Elizabethtown, NC 28337.
Mrs. Smith’s life was a testament to love, strength, and faith, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
