Sena Beatrice Washington, a beloved member of the Bladen County community, peacefully passed away on May 12, 2023. She was born on October 15, 1942, in Bladen County, North Carolina, to the loving parents Armie Washington and Beatrice Long. Sena led a remarkable life, touching the hearts of those around her with her warm spirit, compassion, and dedication.

Throughout her life, Sena found her passion in the art of cosmetology. She pursued her dream and became a skilled and talented cosmetologist, dedicating her career to helping others look and feel their best. Sena's creativity and attention to detail made her a sought-after professional in the field, and she touched the lives of countless clients with her caring nature and excellent skills.

Sena is survived by one sister of the home Mary Roberts but leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth that will be carried on by her family and friends. Although Sena's physical presence will be deeply missed, her memory will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her.

A memorial service to celebrate Sena Beatrice Washington's life will be held on Friday May 19, 2023 at 12 noon at Newton Chapel in Elizabethtown, NC. Family and friends are invited to attend a public viewing on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 2 pm - 5 pm at Newton Chapel.

Sena he will be remembered as a compassionate soul, a loving family member, and a true friend. May she rest in eternal peace, forever surrounded by the beauty she cherished so deeply.
