Edgar Rumph, 81, of 605 Ash Street, Elizabethtown, NC, passed away peacefully at home on April 21, 2024. Edgar is lovingly survived by his wife, Jacqueline; his son, Edgar Devonne Rumph of Council, NC; his grandson, Darhontae Henderson of Goldsboro, NC; and a special niece, Kalana Adams of Elizabethtown, NC.

A proud veteran, Edgar served in the U.S. Army, where he was honored with the Purple Heart for his valor and bravery. Known for his skilled workmanship, Edgar made significant contributions to his community and touched many lives. His memory will be cherished and missed by all who knew him.

The Funeral Service will be held privately with the immediate Family.
